is rightfully considered to be the best and most comfortable hotel of Novopolotsk.

The hotel complex “Naftan” is located not far from the centre of Novopolotsk.
Its territory is more than 5 ha. It is decorated by a park area with nice sculptures,
many lovely grass-plots, pedestrian paths lined with decorative bushes.

accommodations for 121 persons, a restaurant for 120 guests, 2100 sq.meter
department store (trading halls are equipped with high-tech equipment and have a wide choice of goods).
From the five-storey building of the complex one can see a splendid view of the town and a picturesque landscape of West Dvina River.
European design, cleanness and comfort, calm and friendly atmosphere and a high level of services –
all these make hotel “Naftan” very attractive both for tourists and businessmen.
2 suites, 4 semi-suites 11 singles (business class), 72 standard singles and
16 standard twins with all modern conveniences (satellite TV, inter-town and international telephone connections,
a refrigerator are at the guests disposal. One can also have breakfast served in a room).
There is a restaurant that is well known for its good cuisine and service.
It often took part in republican competitions of professional skill and was awarded prizes,
such as “The best restaurant of 1996”, “The best restaurant at the hotel complex 2001”.
In 2003 the restaurant successfully held “The days of Byelorussian cuisine in Moscow”
within the event of the days of RB in Moscow. In 1996 it was awarded the highest category.
Restaurant “Naftan” hall is designed for 120 guests. Besides there is a banquet hall for 16 guests,
a negotiation hall for 8 guests and 2 bars for 24 and 40 guests, variety and a dancing place.
In the evening a variety group plays. All halls and rooms are designed in one style,
the interiors are splendid. The restaurant can satisfy the needs of every guest including those of governmental level.
Everywhere in the hotel one can feel high level services starting with comfortable,
large, furnished with soft furniture and decorated with flowers hall (one can enter it directly from auto).
There are kiosks where one can buy newspapers and magazines as well as some small
items any time of the day. Besides there is a drug-store, a hairdresser’s, currency exchange,
billiards, beauty parlour, guarded parking services for 50 autos, taxi-on call, railway tickets booking office
